Included here is the loan agreement of the implementation of Greater Matale Water Supply Project dated 2016.04.25. The project was executed by the Ministry of Water Supply and implemented by National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB). The funder for this project was Calyon Credit Agricole and the contractor was M/s OTV .
