Party makeup of the 9th parliament

Abstract

This infographic shows the Party makeup of the 9th parliament as of 20 August 2020. SLPP won 145 seats and SJB won 54 seats. ITAK and JJB won 10 and 3 seats respectively. Both EPDP and AITC won 2 seats each while all the other parties (i.e. SLFP, UNP, NC, TMVP, OPPP, TMTK, MNA, ACMC, and SLMC) won 1 seat each.
