    Abstract
    Opposition MP Harsha de Silva (SJB) proposed an amendment to the Sri Lanka Electricity Act during the committee stage of the bill. The amendment aims to implement competitive bidding process for procurement of electricity 10 MW. This set of infographics show how MPs vote on it. 51 MPs voted in favour of the amendment while 115 voted against it. 58 MPs abstained from voting.
