Abstract

On 24th January 2024, the Dinvaina editorial discussed the underworld and the crimes committed by its members. The editorial suggested that, while murder is inherently unethical, it may be justifiable as a means to combat the underworld. Such statements risk trivialising the gravity of murder, even when involving criminals, and could contribute to the generalisation and normalisation of police brutality.
