Abstract
On August 4th 2023, Aruna newspaper reported an incident in which an individual tragically lost their life after falling from a rock while attempting to remove a pineapple bush. The newspaper used sensationalised and insensitive language in its headline, which could be perceived as disrespectful to the deceased and may cause emotional distress to the bereaved family.
