Included here is the loan agreement of Kankesanthurai Harbour between the EXIM Bank of India and Government of Sri Lanka (Ministry of Finance and Mass Media) dated 2018.01.10 for the amount of USD 45,270,000. The project was implemented by the Sri Lanka Ports Authority. The lender for this project was the Export-Import Bank of India.
