Included here are the loan documents related to the Construction of Extension of Southern Expressway, Section 04 from Mattala to Hambantota via Andarawewa dated 2014.09.16 - China EximBank GCL No. (2014) 18 Total No. (521). The project was executed by the Ministry of Highways and implemented by Road Development Authority (RDA). The funder for this project was EXIM Bank of China and the contractor was China Harbour Engineering Company.
