Included here is the preferential buyer credit loan agreement on the construction of the extension of the Southern Expressway, section 1 from Matara to Beliatta, dated 2014.12.23 for the amount of USD 683,494,300.00. The project was executed by the Ministry of Highways and implemented by the Road Development Authority (RDA). The funder for this project was the Export-Import Bank of China and the contractor was China National Aero-Technology International Engineering Corporation.
